Milky Way Photography Tracking
New condition scoring specifically for Milky Way and astrophotography:
- Galactic Center Phases - Know when the Milky Way core rises, peaks, and sets at your location
- Visibility Scoring - Conditions rated based on darkness, moon interference, and weather
- Location-Aware - Calculations account for your latitude (the core isn't visible everywhere)

Tide charts now display correctly:
- Local Time Display - Times shown in location's timezone, not UTC
