Better Aurora Predictions for Australia

This release adds a second aurora data source specifically for Australian photographers and improves aurora scoring accuracy.

Added

• Australian Aurora Data - We now fetch aurora predictions from the Bureau of Meteorology Space Weather Services in addition to NOAA. The Australian K_aus index is more relevant for southern hemisphere aurora viewing.

Improved

• Smarter Aurora Scoring - When our data sources disagree, we now use the higher prediction. If either source predicts aurora activity, you'll see it reflected in your scores.
• More Frequent Updates - Aurora data is now refreshed every 30 minutes (previously 90 minutes) to better track rapidly changing space weather conditions.

Fixed

• Aurora Scoring Timezone Bug - Fixed an issue where aurora scores weren't calculated correctly for locations outside UTC timezone.
• iOS Release Notifications - Tapping a "new version" notification on iOS now correctly opens the release notes.
