1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ShutterTime, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by ShutterTime, a sole trader based in Victoria, Australia.

2. Service Description

ShutterTime is a photography location discovery and planning platform that helps photographers find optimal photo locations based on environmental conditions including weather, lighting, tides, and astronomical events.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service is available in three tiers: Trailhead (free), Alpine, and Summit. Paid subscriptions are available via Stripe on the web and through the App Store on iOS.
